Erica is a savvy, results–driven individual with a record of success in both commercial and residential real estate. She is accomplished at leading complex projects that require strong organizational skills and persistence and is adept at quantifying issues and using resources to get results.
A native of Walnut Creek, CA and fourth generation entrepreneur, Erica is proud of her deep roots and family history in the San Francisco Bay area.
Erica has worked in real estate and with family businesses for much of her career. Most recently she managed the $30 million dollar privately held real estate portfolio, in addition to overseeing the concept development and viability evaluation of a 1.3 million sq. ft. big box retail development project in Contra Costa County. She is an experienced consultant who has helped a number of families through the governmental processing (including EIR, site plan, design, and public hearings) of their residential projects.
Erica earned her bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, and Society from Claremont McKenna College in Southern California. After which she worked as a business analyst in one of America's Big Five consulting firms. She rounded out her education with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Her skills and experience in business, as a trained listener and a trusted advisor, set her apart in this competitive industry.
